Certifications
Notably, Sara holds the distinction of being the first Emirati Authorized SCA Trainer (AST) for Brewing and Barista skills, highlighting her commitment to excellence in coffee education. She further expanded her knowledge by completing a postgraduate program in Coffee Applied Science at Zurich University of Applied Science. Her competitive spirit shone through when she became the Abu Dhabi Aeropress Champion in 2018 and 2019, and later represented the UAE in the World Aeropress Championship in 2019.

B1. SCA Certified Courses (all levels):
Upon completion of any of these courses, participants will receive SCA certificates attesting to their acquired skills and expertise in additional to points to the SCA Coffee Diploma.
Introduction to Coffee
- A comprehensive course covering the Seed-to-Cup coffee journey and the entire coffee supply chain.
- SCA cupping session.
Brewing Skills
- Three levels (foundation, intermediate, professional)
- This module covers the principles and techniques of Manual Brewing, including grind size, extraction, water quality, and various brewing methods.
Barista Skills
- Three levels (foundation, intermediate, professional)
- This module focuses on developing barista skills, including espresso calibration, milk texturing, latte art, workflow management, and customer service.
B2. Non-SCA Courses:
Customized to cater to various requirements and levels, from beginners to those preparing for coffee championships. The training covers a wide range of topics, including but not limited to: Manual brewing (V60, Chemex, Aeropress, Kalita, Syphon), Arabic coffee, sensory and cupping, and calibration. Additionally, home-barista training is also available.
Our contract clients benefit from my extensive expertise and experience as a sensory judge and coffee roaster. We will match the flavor profile that your business is looking to target.
